Tomás SaracenoAria
A leading figure on the contemporary scene, Tomás Saraceno, Argentinean born in 1973, is a multifaceted and highly visionary artist. His works always surprise by the depth of the concepts they allude to through a playful and interactive approach; interactivity which is a fundamental characteristic of his work, which also acquires meaning through the relationship with the audience, who becomes its co-author, transforming it through the movements of its body. Saraceno moves between art, science, ecology and architecture. This publication, richly illustrated, documents and deepens the human and professional journey of the artist, through iconic images of his works and installations, sketches, notes, studies. But for the first time, the literary, poetic and iconographic inspirations that punctuate his artistic research are also analysed and extensively illustrated, to build another (spider’s) web that helps him in the exploration of his thousand expressive paths.
