L'enfant Prodige

Joel Kupperman was the child prodigy, the nice Yankee boy during World War II, known in every American household because of his high-profile appearances on the famous Quiz Kids show. He solved maths problems in record time, but no one would tell him the solution to another problem: what he would do when he got old. As a child he knew all the answers, but now, suffering from dementia, he has difficulty answering his son’s questions. Yet it was Eisner Award winner Michael Kupperman who wrote his father’s biography.
