Monograph dedicated to the collaboration between Ettore Sottsass and the furniture company founded by Sergio Cammilli in Agliana, Tuscany (1957). Focusing on the years 1960-1970, a period in which Sottsass’ formal vocabulary reached maturity, this volume lists and documents the extraordinary furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, sideboards, mirrors, wardrobes, storage units, china cabinets, chests of drawers, benches, beds…) created by the architect for Poltronova. The production is presented in chronological order with photos and preparatory sketches.
