Anne BaldassariSimon Hantaï: L'exposition du centenaire

On the occasion of the centenary of the birth of Simon Hantaï (1922-2008), the Fondation Louis Vuitton is organising a major retrospective exhibition of the artist’s work (from 18 May to 29 August 2022). Of Hungarian origin, Hantaï settled in Paris in 1948, where he produced a body of work of exceptional fertility and originality, which led him to represent France at the 40? Venice Biennale in 1982.
